We start at the grinder, the filter fold and the bloom. By the end of your first workshop you will have brewed a cup with a flavour of your own — and talked it over with everyone else in the room.
Pull a good shot first, then steam the milk, then pour the art. We walk you through the whole routine from end to end.
It is not only the experienced seniors teaching you. We invite café owners in to run workshops, and we head out to their shops too.
Everyone pulls out the places on their own shortlist, and we go drink coffee together. (Dessert included, obviously.)

Yes, and most of our new members don't.
No. The club room has kettles, grinders, scales, drippers, an espresso machine and milk pitchers, all free to use whenever you are there. You are welcome to bring your own gear too.
Workshops are free or discounted, you get to use the club room and everything in it, and you get a discount on bean orders.
There is no attendance requirement. Just fill in the sign-up form for whichever workshops interest you.
You are very welcome. We really don't mind which school you are from — if you are curious about coffee, or just want to meet people, come along.
